Does anyone know any good online POETRY and writing CONTESTS for scholorship money or publishing? ?
Any online Poetry things where you can earn money for college and writing contests? I need to earn some money for college in the form of US grants and things like that to have a back-up plan if I don’t get a scholarship into college. Also do you know any competitions where they publish your short stories or poems or things like that. Thank you so much!

BTW: I’m 13 almost 14. And I’d like some grants and things. Are there sepcific things that make you eligible for certain grants and scholarships? I’ve already taken the SAT and scored a 1510. And help would be appreciated. Thanks

i would check local groups – rotary, elks, etc. – for scholarships. could your guidance counselor help you? also check your local bookstore – i’m sure someone has written a book to help with this problem.
as far as contests, try the writer’s digest magazine contests. they’re legit but i’m sure the competition is fierce. check their website.
