Does Georgia HOPE Scholarship cover online classes?

If I want to enroll in an online college, will the GA HOPE Scholarship provide assistance?
The college I’m planning on going to has a physical campus located within GA. Would that qualify it as in-state?

Are there any private elementary schools that use very little of their tuition to cover operating costs?

I am a student at a community college, trying to earn my teaching credential. I need to apply for FAFSA (finanical aid) for my last few semesters but I am not sure if that will cover any of the cost of living? I live in Southern CA if that makes a difference.

Will Government Financial Aid cover Performing Arts Schools?

My cousin got excepted into AMDA, a performing arts school in New York, but she doesn’t have the money for tuition. ($$$$$$) AMDA doesn’t offer an academic curriculum (I think); they only teach singing, dancing, theatre, etc. Will Financial Aide cover any of the costs?

Are there any scholarships or grants in california to cover outstanding student loans?

i know there are plenty to cover future college costs, but I currently have about $7000 in student loans and am now going to community college. the community college fees are mostly being waved, but is there any help i can get for a school i attended in the past?
