For example. If I get a degree in education, then go teach in high demand area where there aren’t many teachers (inner city or rural area), are there any government programs that will subsidize my student loans?

My cousin got excepted into AMDA, a performing arts school in New York, but she doesn’t have the money for tuition. ($$$$$$) AMDA doesn’t offer an academic curriculum (I think); they only teach singing, dancing, theatre, etc. Will Financial Aide cover any of the costs?
